We offer two (2) Service Contracts in accordance with the following:
Basic Contract:
One time fee of $16.99 for covered repairs of up to $300.00 subject to the payment by you of a non-refundable $50.00 service charge to us at the time covered repairs are requested.
You will be required to ship the cellular telephone to us at your cost and we will ship the cellular
Telephone back to you (in the continental United States only ) at our expense.
Upgraded Contract:
One time fee of $29.99 for covered repairs of up to $500.00 subject to the payment by you of a non-refundable $75.00 service charge to us at the time covered repairs are requested.
You will be required to ship the cellular telephone to us at your cost and we will ship the cellular
Telephone back to you (in the continental United States only ) at our expense.
Prior to the time that you seek to have a covered repair performed, you must contact us at www.cellularphonewarranty.com and obtain a Repair Authorization Number. Thereafter,

So that a covered repair can be performed. The applicable service charge must be paid in full

Provided that the requested repair was not necessitated as a result of misuse, tampering or modification, or damaged as a consequence of the interdiction of any liquid, grit, sand or other
Foreign material or matter, or through corrosion, impact or broken parts/components, the covered
Cellular telephone will be restored by us to its proper operating condition at no additional cost to
You. We reserve the right to deny coverage if, in our sole discretion, we believe that the damage
Was the result of improper care of the cellular phone as set forth in the manufacturer’s operation
Manuel for such cellular phone, In addition, there is no coverage hereunder for cracked or broken
Screens.
Further, this Service Contract does not provide for repair, service, adjustment, installation, etc. at the cellular phone users location or for repair replacement service of batteries, software,
Programs, up-grades, cable, ac/car adapters, docks, mounting brackets, cradles, remotes, headsets,
ear pieces or other equipment or accessories. We are not responsible for the loss of any sensitive data
or information that may be economic loss, inconvenience, cost of substitute equipment or any other
incidental or consequential damages.
In the event, in our sole discretion, we determine that the covered cellular phone cannot be repaired by us or by the manufacturer for covered manufacturer’s defects, replacement of the
Covered cellular phone will be provided by us utilizing the same or reasonable equivalent cellular
Phone model based upon the covered cellular phone’s then current market value.
This Service Contract is not an insurance policy or warranty and performance hereunder by Cellularphonewarranty.com is subject to positive identification being presented to us at the
Time repair/service is requested by you.
